Overview

HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures
  • Receive and prepare radioactive materials, maintaining accurate radiation records
  • Operate nuclear medicine cameras and equipment, utilizing established radiation safety techniques
  • Perform related duties, including scheduling, charging exams, and taking emergency after-hours calls

Requirements

  • Graduate of an AMA-accredited nuclear school of medicine or an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • Current license with the State of Texas, ARRT, and/or NMTCB license
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • 1 year of previous experience in a hospital environment preferred
