Cake Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cakes and ensuring a smooth production process.

• Production and Quality Control: Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to achieve productivity goals, ensuring that all cakes meet our high standards.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other tools to bake cakes, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Inventory Management: Assist in the development of cake production plans, monitor inventory levels, and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Quality Assurance: Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure they meet our quality standards, and report any quality control issues to management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Bakery Manager to achieve production goals, and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Education and Experience: While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience as a baker or in a related role is a plus.
