Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding our Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and execute operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop Crew Members to meet operational standards and deliver great guest experiences.
  • Deploy team members effectively to meet guests' needs and service standards.
  • Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
  • Reinforce the use of systems, tools, and procedures to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Passion for people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Dependability and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Math and writing skills, with ability to fluently speak and read English.
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable) and high school diploma (or equivalent).
