The University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking a distinguished academic professional for a position in the Department of Radiation Medicine.

The Department of Radiation Medicine is a vital component of the UK Markey Cancer Center, an NCI-designated Cancer Center.

The department offers a vibrant clinical practice with cutting-edge technology, facilities, and medical physics support, as well as active translational and clinical research programs.

Fully accredited and well-regarded residency programs in radiation oncology and medical physics, as well as Masters and PhD programs in Medical Physics, are integral to the department's mission and culture.

The department provides a comprehensive range of radiation oncology services, including IMRT, Gamma Knife, and body radiosurgery, high and low dose-rate brachytherapy, TBI, and total skin electron irradiation.

The Department has invested in state-of-the-art facilities and technology, including a dedicated brachytherapy suite with CT-on-rails and Halcyon, the latest Varian technology.

The Department also provides radiation oncology services at satellite locations.
