Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
