Position: Teletherapy Specialist (Child, Family, Adult)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time (minimum of 7 sessions weekly)

Are you looking for a fulfilling career that combines excitement and challenge? We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide teletherapy services across Virginia and Texas. Candidates must hold valid licenses as LCSW, LPC, or LCP in both states. We are particularly interested in applicants licensed in both Texas and Virginia.

At MySpectrum, we aim to simplify your practice experience. Our Teletherapy Specialist role allows you to work from home, ensuring a consistent flow of clients and reliable income. Focus on delivering quality care while we manage the administrative tasks.

We provide outpatient counseling and coaching for children and adults, addressing various needs including the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life Spectrum. We welcome innovative therapists who can engage clients in a virtual setting and are passionate about providing diverse therapeutic approaches. If you have a unique specialty or simply enjoy thinking outside the box, we would love to hear from you.

Our goal is to assist clients who may have difficulty accessing traditional therapy services and to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health treatment. If you are eager to build a client base from the comfort of your home, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy through a secure teletherapy platform in 45-60 minute sessions.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Maintain progress notes and document client interactions.
  • Contribute ideas for effective therapeutic strategies and services.
  • Engage actively as a member of the MySpectrum team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and Texas, with eligibility for major insurance credentialing.
  • Experience with diverse populations is preferred.
  • Willingness to collaborate and contribute to the growth of the organization.
  • Ability to commit to a flexible schedule and grow your caseload.
  • High-speed internet access is required.
  • A HIPAA-compliant workspace is essential for conducting sessions.
  • Comfortable with remote work and telehealth interactions.

Benefits:

  • Flexible scheduling options.
  • Work remotely from any location within Virginia or Texas.
  • Competitive compensation structure based on a 60/40 split.
  • W2 employment status with health insurance options for eligible employees.
  • Retirement plan with company matching.
  • A supportive and creative work environment.
  • Focus solely on therapy without the burden of business management.
