Control Room Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Room Operator to join our team at Reworld. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Execute approved plant start-up and shutdown procedures to ensure operational, environmental, and safety commitments are met.
- Provide guidance to Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators to maintain a safe and efficient operation.
- Effectively monitor Reworld operations systems and have strong working knowledge of boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment operations.
- Manage critical events and prioritize tasks for completion during emergency situations.
- Respond to operational alarms and take immediate corrective action.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of ASME QRO Provisional Licensing exam required within the first year of holding the position.
- Shift Work: This position works on a rotating 12-hour shift including weekends and some holidays. Overtime will be required.

Physical Demands of the RoleThis role requires the ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb. You must also be able to lift/carry 50lbs and work from heights and in confined spaces. Additionally, you must qualify to wear a full-face respirator and consistently work in various weather conditions.
