Manufacturing Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Press Operator to join our team at PML Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press machines to produce high-quality rubber components for on- and off-road vehicle use.
Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor press machines to produce parts and products according to technical specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Material Handling: Load and unload materials, tools, and parts required for production, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Documentation: Record production data, machine settings, and any issues encountered during operation.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe machine operation practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any issues that arise.
- Basic Mechanical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work orders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 30lbs) and stand for 9-12 hour shifts.
- Availability: Must be able to work overtime, if scheduled.

Shift Schedules: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Some 12-hour shifts and weekend overtime may be scheduled. 3rd Shift: Monday (Sunday night) - Thursday, 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM. Some 12-hour shifts and weekend overtime may be scheduled.
