Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team at Food Lion. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with store teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in quality assurance and customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
