Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients and residents in post-acute facilities
- Monitor patients' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
- Administer medications, track their use, and maintain accurate medical records
- Cultivate a safe and comfortable environment for residents, working collaboratively with staff to ensure their needs are met
- Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a similar role
- Competitive hourly pay range: $36-$55
