Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a reputable school district. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific communication goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom environment
  • Provide consultation and support to parents/guardians regarding strategies to promote communication development at home
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CFY)
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
