Position OverviewProcurement Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to enhance our operations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess strong organizational and construction skills.
The compensation for this position ranges from $34 to $40 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Manage bills of materials in the high-voltage sector.
- Engage with suppliers regarding all material requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients as necessary.
- Identify and flag projects that may be jeopardized due to procurement issues.
- Consult with supervisory staff, owners, subcontractors, or engineers to address and resolve work procedures, complaints, or construction challenges.
- Plan and direct activities related to the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.
- Implement corrective measures to address delays, adverse weather conditions, or emergencies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient in business correspondence and effective communication.
- Able to present information clearly and respond to inquiries from management, clients, and customers.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in the high-voltage powerline industry.
- Must successfully complete mandatory drug and alcohol screenings.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.

- An associate's or bachelor's degree or relevant experience is advantageous.
