We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Private Duty LPN to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, as prescribed by the physician.
- Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient health information and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- At least one year of experience working as a LPN, preferably in home care.
- Current CPR certification.
- Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
