Job Title: Senior Design Leader

Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned Creative Director to spearhead our design efforts and craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing strategies, as well as excellent communication skills to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative strategies across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Create captivating visual assets, such as web pages, PowerPoint decks, brochures, digital ads, infographics, social media content, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Maintain consistency in all design work by adhering to the brand style guide
• Contribute to multimedia projects, including video content, motion graphics, and interactive web designs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in graphic design, with direct experience in pharma or pharmacy preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD), Figma
• Knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere or After Effects (a plus)
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• Understanding of printing processes and production
• Experience with HTML/CSS and HubSpot
• ADA compliance experience
• Expertise in PowerPoint design under Qualifications - Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with a demonstrated ability to create visually engaging and impactful presentations
