Lifeline Companion Services is in search of a compassionate and experienced MALE OR FEMALE CAREGIVER to provide assistance to a wonderful MALE PATIENT. This position is based in Woodland Hills and is an ongoing weekly commitment.

Immediate Availability Required: Candidates must be ready to start right away. Please only express interest if you can begin immediately.

The patient is experiencing mild onset dementia and is considered a FALL RISK, necessitating constant supervision. Additionally, the caregiver must be friendly towards pets, as there is a lovable dog in the home who enjoys companionship.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (All Days)

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Providing companionship
* Preparing meals
* Reminding about medications
* Assisting with physical therapy exercises
