Job Summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our team. As a key member of the Anesthesia Care Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical suites.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize the anesthesia environment, equipment, and supplies to facilitate departmental functions.
  • Prepare and assemble necessary equipment for intravenous/invasive lines as requested.
  • Assist anesthesia professional staff during critical phases of anesthesia.
  • Anticipate needs of anesthesia care team in invasive monitor insertion and procedures.
  • Participate in departmental Quality Improvement and Risk Management Activities.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an Anesthesia Technician program or related program.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
