Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for setting up banquet rooms, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up banquet rooms according to specifications, including linen, serviceware, and glassware
  • Attend roll call meetings to learn function particulars and guest expectations
  • Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Serve food and beverages in the order and to the expectation of the Banquet Manager
  • Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction
  • Practice teamwork and cleanliness policies
  • Reset banquet rooms according to Manager's specifications after each function
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous banquet serving experience and be available to work evenings and weekends. A strong customer service focus and ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
