Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at SLP Operations, LLC. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff in the delivery of direct resident care.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
Requirements
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents and families, and work cooperatively with other employees.
  • Capable of maintaining regular attendance and meeting productivity standards.
  • Ability to supervise other employees and work collaboratively to achieve resident care objectives.
  • Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
  • Physical and sensory requirements, including walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to hear and respond to pages, and ability to distinguish smells, tastes, and temperatures.
  • BLS certification.
