Job Summary

We are seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team at one of our skilled nursing facilities. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers

Requirements

  • Current TX SLP license
  • Experience working in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
