Avera is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Avera Brady Health and Rehab. As a CNA, you will provide direct, personal care and services to residents in our skilled nursing facility, meeting their physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual needs on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on care and services to residents under the direction of a licensed nurse.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Certified as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota within 120 days of starting this position.
  • Basic Life Support Certification required within 6 months if primary work shift is a night shift position.
