Position Overview:

This role is pivotal in implementing programs that enhance the company’s reputation, particularly focusing on the pep+ strategy. The individual will oversee daily public relations operations, including managing relationships with PR agencies and media outlets. Additionally, this position will direct the formulation and implementation of PepsiCo's pep+ strategy and sustainability frameworks, aligning them with business requirements. The role reports directly to the Director of Government Affairs and Communications for PepsiCo Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies in partnership with leadership, cross-functional teams, and corporate divisions.
  • Oversee the communications strategy, which includes the creation of communication materials, content generation, leadership briefings, and engagement on social media platforms.
  • Manage the assessment, tracking, and summarization of significant activations and ongoing communication efforts, ensuring executive visibility.
  • Lead the design and execution of company-wide sustainability initiatives, focusing on packaging collection and recycling, in alignment with the pep+ agenda and business objectives.
  • Support the development of strategies, stakeholder engagement, and management of various programs aimed at integrating pep+ into business operations.
  • Gather data and monitor as well as analyze all sustainability efforts to meet the organization’s sustainability targets.
  • Collaborate with sector teams on critical corporate communications and pep+ projects, reflecting both sector-wide and company-wide priorities within the APAC region.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in communications and sustainability, preferably within large organizations with diverse employee demographics.
  • Knowledge of packaging collection and recycling processes and challenges specific to Indonesia.
  • Ability and readiness to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Proven capability to independently foster alignment among a complex network of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in multimedia, including graphic design, video production, and experience in crafting social media campaigns.
  • Skill in conveying complex change messages in a clear, engaging, and effective manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational learning, capability development, and leading through influence.
