Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Northern Nevada Health System. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care to patients with critical care needs
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment
  • Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision
  • Float to all units as needed to support patient care needs
Requirements
  • Current NV nursing license
  • Current BLS certificate
  • ACLS & PALS certificate (to be obtained within six months of employment)
  • At least two years critical care experience in the ED, ICU, or PACU
