YOUR ROLE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are essential to this position:
Demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service by actively engaging with guests and adhering to company standards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and promptly report any concerns to management.
Deliver courteous service to guests while fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Maintain high-quality service standards for food and beverage delivery to both internal and external guests.
Perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks, including clearing tables, transporting dishes to the kitchen, and restocking supplies as needed.
Change kegs, beer tanks, and CO2 tanks as necessary.
Keep all bar service areas clean and organized.
Return bar and grill glassware from the dishwashing area.
Transport empty kegs to the designated location.
Maintain cleanliness in all bar areas.
Carry out additional job-related tasks as assigned.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred: 6 months of experience in a high-volume bar, pool, dayclub, or nightclub setting.
Preferred: Previous experience in modeling within a dayclub or nightclub context.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests, staff, and colleagues, resolving conflicts with diplomacy.
Strong listening skills, sound judgment, and a personable demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
Capable of enduring extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, including safety protocols and operational instructions. Proficient verbal communication skills in English are essential.
PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions in various formats. Capable of addressing issues involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
Must qualify for necessary licenses and permits as mandated by local regulations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
