About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Legence, a leading provider of advisory services and implementation focused on energy transition and high-performance facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of designing and overseeing electrical systems for complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide design and construction projects, working closely with clients and architects to deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide technical guidance to staff engineers on energy-efficient designs and specifications.
  • Confer with other engineers and personnel to implement operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions.
  • Evaluate and select engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform assigned tasks.
  • Specify system components and direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering.
  • PE License in Massachusetts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with Revit/AutoCAD.
  • Experience in MEP Design and Specifications.
  • Experience with managing, maintaining, and creating owner and architect relationships.
  • Experience with Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, and Commercial sectors.
