Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

CMTA Inc is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the electrical systems, power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, emergency power, UPS, renewable energy systems, fire alarm system, low-voltage systems/coordination (IT, safety, security, access control), etc. for various projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Consulting Engineering. You will work closely with a team of engineers and other consultants/design team members to design energy efficient buildings for various clients as well as complex infrastructure projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and oversee electrical systems, power distribution, and lighting controls
  • Collaborate with engineers and consultants to design energy efficient buildings
  • Lead and guide design and construction projects internally and externally
  • Attend meetings with owners, clients, and architects
  • Provide guidance to staff engineers on energy efficient designs

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience in Consulting Engineering
  • PE License in Massachusetts
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with Revit/AutoCAD
  • Experience in MEP Design and Specifications
