Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including the German Medicines Act, in relation to the production of pharmaceuticals.
    • Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines in the production department.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and monitor all production processes to ensure the highest quality standards.
    • Develop and implement training programs for production staff regarding GMP and Medicines Act guidelines.
  • Process Optimization and Improvement
    • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Continuously optimize production processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Coordinate with other departments, including planning, quality control, and development, to ensure smooth production processes.
    • Work with authorities and inspection teams during audits and inspections.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Hold a degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or a comparable qualification.
    • Have several years of experience in a managerial position in pharmaceutical, medical, or cosmetic production, as well as experience in implementing GMP guidelines.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Effective leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
