Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting Bank products and services to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed correctly
* Promote Bank products and services to identify customer financial needs and opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support and solutions
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance and quality standards
* Stay up-to-date with Bank policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; previous banking experience preferred
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to multitask and remain organized

Compensation and Benefits
* Salary range: $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience
