Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a permanent position in Cardiovascular care in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Position:
Permanent NP/PA - Cardiovascular
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of heart and vascular conditions.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Current NP or PA certification and Oregon state license.
- Experience in cardiovascular care or a related field preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
