Key Responsibilities
As the face of our clinics, the Patient Care Coordinator is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for patients and assisting in improving their hearing health.
Additionally, this role supports the clinic in achieving revenue targets by attracting new patients and managing administrative and operational functions.
- Drive patient appointments and clinic revenue through proactive outreach to potential and existing patients.
- Welcome all patients and gather potential referrals while understanding current marketing initiatives.
- Perform data entry and schedule appointments using established protocols and internal systems.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing inventory of supplies according to company standards.
- Keep accurate records of petty cash, bank deposits, and credit transactions.
- Oversee hearing aid inventory management.
- Collaborate with patients to collect insurance documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional professionalism and can communicate effectively with patients in person, verbally, and in writing. This role is dynamic and requires strong organizational and sales skills.
As the representative of our office, you should possess proactive customer service abilities and demonstrate friendly and courteous behavior in all patient interactions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in a front office role, ideally in a customer service or sales environment.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Proficient in handling sensitive matters with tact and discretion.
- Technologically adept, with intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
