Job Responsibilities

This role involves meeting and exceeding sales goals while providing top-notch customer service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Develop Product Knowledge: Understanding our clients' products to effectively explain services and benefits to customers
  • Manage Records: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules
  • Lead a Team: Supervising a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives and promoting a positive work environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Service or a related field, such as hospitality
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team and promote a positive work environment
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
