The Pendergrass Law Firm is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney with a robust background in litigation, specifically in the realms of insurance defense and personal injury. Ideal candidates will possess between 5 to 15 years of relevant experience, with a particular emphasis on premises liability and/or automobile liability. Candidates must hold a valid license to practice law in Georgia, and trial experience is highly desirable.

As a senior attorney, you will be responsible for managing all phases of a case from its inception to trial. This includes, but is not limited to, initial case analysis, discovery processes, depositions, motions, and hearings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong motivation, exceptional organizational skills, and effective verbal and written communication abilities. Building and maintaining client relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal support to clients and collaborate with fellow attorneys.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents and reports.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active membership in the Georgia Bar.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth legal knowledge and expertise.
  • Proven experience as First Chair in Jury Trials.
