As a Pest Control Technician with HomeTeam, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and addressing pest-related concerns with homeowners, suggesting additional services or products as needed.

Qualifications: We seek candidates with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening. Applicants must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following tasks:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits.
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.
  • Work in various weather conditions.

Skills Required:

  • Problem Solving: Intermediate level.
  • Communication: Intermediate level.
  • Customer Service: Basic knowledge.
  • Dedication: Committed to tasks with integrity.
  • Goal Orientation: Motivated by task completion.
  • Job Security Awareness: Motivated by job stability.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Preferred candidates will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience working independently in the field.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing route-based assignments.
