Key Responsibilities- Deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse, including admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
- Conduct daily rounds to observe residents' physical and emotional status, and administer medications as needed.
- Monitor resident care provided by unlicensed staff and maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
- Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
- LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Behavioral care / memory care experience.
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).
