Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operations Specialist to join our manufacturing team at Kao USA, Inc. This is a production position that requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our packaging line equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in repairs to packaging equipment as required or directed.
  • Work cooperatively with line teams to complete daily production schedules.
  • Perform preventative maintenance as assigned.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly production line area.
  • Conduct STOP and 5S GMP audits and follow-up as required.
  • Complete shift notes and line documentation as trained.
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years' experience with operation and maintenance of packaging line equipment.
  • Technical competence in electrical and mechanical knowledge.
  • Technical training, certification, or education in electrical/mechanical technology.
Benefits
  • $22 - $26 per hour + $1.75 shift differential.
  • 34 total paid days off annually (vacation + sick + holidays).
