Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform packaging line operations, including operating and monitoring equipment, in-process testing, filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, palletizing, equipment setup/cleanup, hopper filling, hand cartoning or packing, and other duties as required.
  • Observe packaging equipment in operation and follow troubleshooting practices to continuously improve and optimize performance.
  • Operate, recognize, and remedy quality problems, and perform changeovers and cleanups as required to maintain patient safety and uphold cGMP standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or a lab setting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in a cGMP environment (preferred).
  • Experience in pharmaceutical production and/or packaging (preferred).
  • Mechanical skills/proficiency (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others in a team setting.
  • Ability to read work instructions and procedures/manuals/diagrams.
