Position Overview: The role involves auditing and preparing finalized loan packages for dispatch to investors, ensuring adherence to both internal and investor deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to company policies, investor guidelines, agency protocols, and mortgage insurer standards to maintain compliance within set timelines.
2. Conduct thorough reviews of complete loan files for accuracy and completeness. Monitor and document any missing or incorrect items to finalize the file. Maintain records of activities in the Encompass system.
3. Respond to inquiries from investors via phone and email regarding any outstanding items, providing assistance to resolve issues promptly.
4. Follow up on pending documentation with title companies and investors, ensuring all deficiencies are addressed within the investor lock period.
Additional Requirements: Must be cross-trained to perform various functions within the Shipping department, including Stacking, Scanning, and Collateral roles.
Compensation: $19/hour
