Community DSP

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community DSP (Direct Support Professional). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with mental illness who reside in four-person homes in the community.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with independent living skills and social boundaries, as well as supporting them with budgeting, attending medical appointments, grocery shopping, and medication administration. You will also have the opportunity to help clients develop healthy relationships and friendships.
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a strong desire to help others. A valid driver's license is preferred, but not required for all positions. We offer a competitive salary, employee benefits, and a $500 hiring bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living skills and social boundaries
- Support clients with budgeting, medical appointments, and medication administration
- Help clients develop healthy relationships and friendships
- Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life
