Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Perinatal Care Provider RN to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional service.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients in labor and delivery, utilizing evidence-based practices and guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in perinatal care.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Current California RN license.
- Minimum one year of recent experience in labor and delivery, with a strong focus on perinatal care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certification within 12 months of hire.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
