Join Our Team as a Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at University City Housing. As a Painter, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to painting and decorating.

We are a leading property management company based in Philadelphia, with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

  • Paint and decorate interior and exterior spaces
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed
  • Rename and prepare homes for move-in
  • E nsure the successful completion of assignments
  • Assist with snow removal and preventative maintenance as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in painting and decorating
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and machinery
  • Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
  • Willingness to work on-call and non-traditional hours
