Purdue University is seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician/Nurse to join our team at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. As a key member of our Versa team, you will have the opportunity to work with various specialty departments, including Anesthesia and Surgery, Primary Care, Emergency/Critical Care, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to clinicians, interns, residents, and students
  • Assist with various clinical services and provide quality patient care
  • Monitor hospital inventory and supplies, and order as needed
  • Participate in on-call coverage and holiday rotation

Requirements:
  • AAS in Veterinary Technology from an AVMA-accredited program
  • 2 years of experience in a University Veterinary Teaching Hospital or Veterinary Specialty Hospital
  • Must become RVT in Indiana within 12 months of hire
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
