Enterprise Truck Rental is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to enhance our operations at the airport. The CXR is responsible for delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service during both the rental and return processes, utilizing company-approved sales and service techniques.

The role involves facilitating the rental process by verifying and documenting all necessary driver information, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for our customers. Every responsibility is executed with a focus on customer satisfaction and adherence to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Utilize company-approved sales and service techniques to assess customer needs.
  2. Present optional products to align with customer preferences.
  3. Accurately prepare all rental and return documentation.
  4. Qualify customers according to company rental requirements.
  5. Assist customers with directions, local area information, and service details.
  6. Clarify rental parameters to ensure customer understanding of rates and charges.
  7. Verify the accuracy of return dates and times on rental agreements.
  8. Review all charges with customers upon vehicle return.
  9. Compile the Rental Agreement Folder with all necessary information.
  10. Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a friendly and prompt manner.
  11. Effectively resolve customer service issues.
  12. Coordinate customer flow to minimize wait times and enhance service efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship is essential.
  • Must have open availability and be able to work 40 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
