Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, Texas. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will provide exceptional care to newborns and their families in our state-of-the-art Level IV NICU.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive care to newborns in the NICU, including prenatal and newborn consultations, attendance of high-risk deliveries, and management of neonates in the NICU and newborn nurseries.
  • Collaborate with our team of neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to our patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development, including education, mentoring, and leadership roles.
