Position Overview for Billing Clerk:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities for Billing Clerk:
  • Develop Load Plans to optimize trailer space utilization.
  • Arrange Appointments for Customer Shipments.
  • Facilitate communication between departments regarding Inbound and Outbound activities.
  • Manage Billing processes by verifying Load Plans against Closed Trailer Reports and generating Bills of Lading (BOL).
  • Maintain filing systems for Factor Ticket Masters and BOL documentation.
  • Prepare Daily Shipping Logs for printing, verification, and distribution.
  • Ensure timely distribution of daily paperwork to relevant departments at the end of each day (BOL, Receivers).

Qualifications for Billing Clerk:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Preferred candidates will possess:
    • Experience within the corrugated container sector.
    • Proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Excel and MS Word.
