Position Overview for Billing Clerk:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour
- Develop Load Plans to optimize trailer space utilization.
- Arrange Appointments for Customer Shipments.
- Facilitate communication between departments regarding Inbound and Outbound activities.
- Manage Billing processes by verifying Load Plans against Closed Trailer Reports and generating Bills of Lading (BOL).
- Maintain filing systems for Factor Ticket Masters and BOL documentation.
- Prepare Daily Shipping Logs for printing, verification, and distribution.
- Ensure timely distribution of daily paperwork to relevant departments at the end of each day (BOL, Receivers).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- A minimum of five years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Preferred candidates will possess:
- Experience within the corrugated container sector.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Excel and MS Word.
