About the Role:
Main Event Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Games Attendant to join our team. As a Games Attendant, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by ensuring the games floor is clean, safe, and stocked with all the necessary equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety on the games floor.
- Engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they have a fun and memorable experience.
- Monitor games and activities, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and safe for guests to enjoy.
- Assist guests with questions and provide recommendations on games and activities.
- Perform minor repairs to games and equipment as needed.
- Partner with the Technical Team to report any wear and tear or damage to games or equipment.
- Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Guest-focused mindset and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Savvy with technology and willingness to learn new things.
- Teamwork and effective communication skills.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Compensation:
Compensation is from $7.25 - $11.5 per hour.
