Job Summary:

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bowl Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests, and promoting our activities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and engaging with all guests, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Upholding cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Promoting and recommending activities based on guest needs and availability
  • Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes, maintaining shoe organization
  • Escorting guests to their lane and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
  • Ensuring guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
  • Processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
  • Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes, completing side duties
Requirements:
  • Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required
  • Guest-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to learn and utilize multiple systems
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with management, team members, and guests
  • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
