KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct in-home and in-business sales of residential solar, energy efficiency, and backup power solutions
• Explore additional commercial sales opportunities
• Create customized proposals and organize necessary documentation for presentations and closures
• Generate new leads through networking, databases, event participation, and relationship building
• Successfully close deals and finalize contracts with homeowners and business proprietors
• Efficiently plan schedules, set goals, and work independently
• Utilize company-provided screening procedures to qualify prospects
• Pursue individual and team sales objectives
• Attend meetings, marketing events, and training sessions to stay updated on technology trends
• Submit sales reports and provide market insights to the team leader
• Strong potential for career advancement

• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Proven track record of sales success with a minimum of 3 years of experience, including one-call closing
• Proficient in business software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, and Slack
• Familiarity with standard internet tools and etiquette, including email and cloud services
• Articulate and professional in both written and spoken English; bilingual skills are a plus
• Willingness to initiate marketing efforts and self-generate a portion of prospects
• Reliable transportation, valid license, and clean driving record
• Availability to work occasional weekends for marketing events
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred
• Background in home improvement, auto sales, or in-home sales is advantageous
