**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a RN with STAT Home Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise patient care and coordinate all aspects of patient care, including initiating and updating the plan of care.
- Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, order submission, and other relevant paperwork.
- Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed.
- Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation.
**Requirements**
- Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum 1-year clinical experience as an RN or 1-year clinical experience as an LPN.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Compassionate and great time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility.
