Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Clean and maintain all assigned guestrooms, including dusting, making beds, and replenishing supplies.
  • Sign in and out master keys daily and maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Update and record all cleaned rooms, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office.
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures, as well as service standards, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Report necessary maintenance items and follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Highly responsible and reliable, with the ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Physical Aspects of the Position
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
Visa Requirements

Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
