Job Summary

Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled VDC Coordinator to support the data center construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing CAD support to Preconstruction, Marketing, Prefabrication, and Field construction teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CAD needs of the Preconstruction, Marketing, Prefabrication, and Field construction teams, including data center work, 3D modeling, and creating install drawings.
  • Develop and maintain 2D and 3D CAD models, including data center layouts, electrical and mechanical systems, and other related components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of CAD files and other project-related documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CAD software and technologies, including Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks Manage, and Bluebeam Revu.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on CAD files and other project-related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, along with an A.A.S. Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or equivalent.
  • Experience with Revit Software and 3D drafting and modeling.
  • Experience with data center work is highly desired.
