Job Title: Director of Behavioral Health Initiatives

East Tennessee Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Behavioral Health Initiatives to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and executing the Behavioral Health vision and strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business, financial, and operational strategies to execute behavioral health related grants.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to utilize behavioral health related grant funding to expand current behavioral health service line and establish new clinics.
  • Lead the development of clinical practice business strategies, establishment of practice goals, and development of a common vision consistent with the mission of ETCH.
  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and communication of standards to ensure compliance with regulatory/facility/clinical practice, standards of care and job performance.
  • Provide administrative leadership to clinical operations and management to promote a collaborative and productive environment working toward common, practice-wide strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 years progressive administrative/managerial experience required.
  • Pediatric mental and behavioral health management and clinical experience preferred.
